1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Pegs & Points platform, mobile web application, or early access waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the site.

Pegs & Points is an independent customer loyalty rewards and technology service platform operating in participating retail alcohol outlets in Gurugram, Haryana.

• We do NOT sell, deliver, or distribute alcohol directly.
• We promote strictly responsible consumption. Nothing on this platform encourages excessive or binge drinking.
• All purchases must occur at licensed, authorized government-approved liquor vendors in Haryana.

4. Loyalty Points, Tiers & Spin Wheel Rules

Registered users earn loyalty points by scanning valid purchase QR receipts paid via authorized UPI channels.

• Earning Rate: Standard rate is ₹10 spent = 1 point, subject to promotional multipliers.
• Tier Classification: Bronze (0–999 pts), Silver (1,000–2,999 pts), Gold (3,000+ pts). Tier benefits and multiplier odds are maintained inside the app.
• Redemption: Points carry no monetary cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. Points are redeemable for partner rewards, merchandise, experiences, and promotional vouchers.
• Expiry & Fraud: Points obtained through invalid, fake, or fraudulent receipts will be canceled, and associated accounts terminated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, visual graphics, bottle SRM color designs, sound mixes, animations, and proprietary software code comprising Pegs & Points belong exclusively to the operating legal entity. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pegs & Points provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Pegs & Points disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for partner vendor service disruptions, third-party network outages, or improper user conduct.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
